3. Courses, quizzes, and certificates

• Skillsmint courses and quizzes are designed for learning, self-assessment, and skill demonstration.
• A certificate may be issued when the published passing criteria are met and required payment steps are completed.
• Certificates are privately issued knowledge proof certificates and are not government-recognized degrees, diplomas, licenses, or statutory qualifications.
• Completion of an assessment or certificate does not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, or acceptance by any third party.

4. Payments

Paid certificate requests are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to pay the displayed amount and any applicable taxes or charges before the certificate is delivered. Payment confirmations may depend on provider settlement and verification.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a payment.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass assessment rules, scrape or overload the site, reverse engineer restricted workflows, submit harmful content, interfere with security controls, or misuse certificates, badges, or verification links.

7. Intellectual property

The Skillsmint website, course materials, quiz content, certificate templates, design elements, and platform content are owned by Skillsmint Educational Services or licensed to us. You may use them only for personal learning and certificate verification unless we give written permission for another use.

8. AI-assisted content

Some quiz, course, caption, moderation, or certificate-support features may use AI systems. We work to validate outputs, but AI-assisted content may contain errors. You should not rely on Skillsmint as a sole source for professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
